Guns and Ammunition cannot be purchased online and have to be purchased in person at the above address prior to an appointment being made and evience of FAC and SGC provided for our records and register. Prices quoted on the website are subject to change without given notice.

Acceptance of Terms
By using this website you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Order Acceptance
When you place an order through this website we will send you an acknowledgment e-mail. This e-mail is not an order confirmation nor does it indicate that we accept your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the goods ordered. If we are unable to supply you with the goods you have ordered within 30 calendar days or if we discover a mistake in the price or product details then we will send you a response by e-mail explaining why we are unable to accept your order. We reserve the right not to accept any order where the price is incorrect.

Pricing
All prices are in Sterling (£), and include VAT. Payments can be made by Cash, BACS or Paypal (non licenseable items only).

Delivery & Packing
Goods are usually despatched within 1 working days but may take longer when not in stock or during peak times. In any event goods will be sent within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order (see Order Acceptance).

We shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within estimated timescales.

Refunds and Cancellations
Under UK law you have the right to cancel your contract, for whatever reason within 14 days from receiving the goods. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods excluding any delivery costs. You will have to return the goods to us and will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

*Please note if the item was not in stock and had to be ordered in threough our supplier network, or was a special order item it can only be returned if faulty or damaged*.

You will be responsible for the goods while they are in your possession including when returned to us. We would therefore recommend that you re-use the original packaging and use a recorded and insured form of postage when returning goods.

Please contact us before returning any products to us. We will explain how to make the return and provide you with a return reference number so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

Faulty & Misdescribed Goods
Where goods are faulty or not as described please contact us to arrange a return within 30 days of ordering. We will be happy to offer a full refund.  Most brands offer extended warranties so please contact us if goods are faulty over 30 days after ordering, and we can confirm if they are indeed covered by an extended warranty.

Restrictions
We currently only accept orders online for delivery within the UK. All customers must be UK residents and over the age of 18 and we will need to varify that you are of an appropriate age to purchase any such item/items. For overseas orders please contact us via email sales@northern-optics.co.uk

Statutory Rights
These Terms & Conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remains unaffected.

Amendments to Our Services and Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to check whether the Terms & Conditions have been revised, as use of our site after the date of any revision shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
